How do I log in?
You will need to log in to our new billing system at . (Access to the old billing system has been disabled.)Before logging into the new billing system for the first time, please request a one-time password reset here with your registered email address.
What happens to my invoices and billing cycles?
Kindly disregard the renewal invoice(s) which was sent to you initially by our old billing system. We will cancel the old invoice(s) and re-generate the new renewal invoice(s) using the new billing system. The new invoice(s) shall contain 7 digits which start with 61xxxxxx
Will there be changes to the billing terms?
Yes, new billing terms will be applied. For all payments, you will be subjected to 7% GST in your next billing cycle.
What are the accepted payment methods on Exabytes?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and process through PayPal & Stripe. We also accept Cash, Cheque, Internet Banking, Direct Bank-In, and Wire Transfer.
What will happen to your auto-recurring payments?
Your current recurring payments will be canceled. This will also apply to your Paypal subscriptions and registered credit cards. You will need to login in https://billing.exabytes.sg/mypanel/clientarea.php and re-enter your Paypal or credit card details and create a new recurring payment for existing unpaid invoices.

What will happen to my Affiliate Membership Program?
All active affiliate members and commissions will be migrated to Exabytes. For all non-active members, you will need to re-register your affiliate account on https://billing.exabytes.sg/mypanel/affiliates.php
