What happens to my existing products and services?
All your products and services have been migrated successfully. You may now manage your products and services in the new billing system.
What happens to my billing account?
We are pleased to inform you, we have successfully migrated your billing account to the new billing system. All your subscriptions and domains have been added to the new billing account.
Will there be changes to the billing terms?
Yes, new billing terms will be applied. For all payments, you will be subjected to 7% GST in your next billing cycle.
What are the accepted payment methods on Exabytes?
We accept Visa, Master Card and will be processed through Stripe. We also accept Cash, Cheque, Internet Banking, Direct Bank-In, PayPal and Wire Transfer.
What will happen to your auto recurring payments?
Your current recurring payments will be cancelled. You will need to login on https://billing.exabytes.sg/mypanel/clientarea.php and create a new recurring payment for existing unpaid invoices.
How do I log in?
Access to the old billing system has been disabled. You will need to log in to our new billing system at https://billing.exabytes.sg/mypanel/clientarea.php. Before logging into the new billing system for the first time, please request a one time password reset at https://billing.exabytes.sg/mypanel/pwreset.php with your registered email address.
What happens to my invoices and billing cycles?
Kindly disregard renewal invoice(s) which was sent to you initially by our old billing system. We will cancel the old invoice(s) and re-generate the new renewal invoice(s) using the new billing system
