1 ) Log in to Exabytes Billing System here
2 ) Click on "Forgot?".
3 ) You will need to key in your email address (as listed in Exabytes Billing System) and click "Submit" button.
4 ) A password reset link will be sent to your email address.
5 ) A password reset email will be sent to your inbox with the subject "Reset your password" from billing@exabytes.sg.
6 ) Once you have received your new password, please try logging in again. You may reset your billing account password with strong password which includes letters, numbers and symbols.
If you are still unable to login, contact customer service at billing@exabytes.sg using your primary email.
