2 ) Click on "Forgot?".
3 ) You will need to key in your email address (as listed in Exabytes Billing System) and click "Submit" button.
4 ) A password reset link will be sent to your email address.
5 ) A password reset email will be sent to your inbox with the subject "Reset your password" from [email protected].
6 ) Once you have received your new password, please try logging in again. You may reset your billing account password with strong password which includes letters, numbers and symbols.
