- If you forgot your username to login to the Acronis account,
- Please login to Exabytes MY billing to check your Acronis username at https://billing.exabytes.my/mypanel/clientarea.php
- Once login, click to My Service, under My Products and Services, look for your Acronis Product and click Manage Product
- You will see the pane with Account Info with Login - that is your username.
- Optionally you may change your Password there too.
- If you forgot your password only
- Please go to https://backup.exabytes.my/login
- Key in your Login, click Continue
- Under the password text box, Click Forgot Password?
- An email for reseting your password will be sent to your email address registered with this backup account.
