Forgot Your Account Login

  1. If you forgot your username to login to the Acronis account, 
    1. Please login to Exabytes MY billing to check your Acronis username at
    2. Once login, click to My Service, under My Products and Services, look for your Acronis Product and click Manage Product
    3. You will see the pane with Account Info with Login - that is your username.
    4. Optionally you may change your Password there too.
  2. If you forgot your password only
    1. Please go to
    2. Key in your Login, click Continue
    3. Under the password text box, Click Forgot Password?
    4. An email for reseting your password will be sent to your email address registered with this backup account.
