As much as we request the users to perform their own backup for safety precaution measure , we at Exabytes here do provide backup retrieval for website and email .
How to request for backup?
Authorize the backup request retrieval from the hosting account primary email address (the email registered in our billing system) to support@exabytes.my by providing the last fine working date of the website / email .
We are sorry that we are unable to proceed further with the backup request shall its not send from hosting account primary email address.
Please take note that our backup retention period is only available for last 14 days due to previous backup would be recycled.
NOTE:
Our backup is subjected to the availability of the data from the offline backup server , thus once again users are always encouraged to keep their own backup.
