If your email has recently ended up in the Junk or Spam folder of Google Email, you will need to ask the recipient to take certain actions. Essentially, if you have already reached out to technical support for assistance but the problem persists, a workaround from the recipient's side is necessary.
For your information, Google has established its own email filtering system. Sometimes, emails may land in the Inbox or the Spam folder.
In this scenario, Google recommends that the recipient set up their own filtering system.
1. Sign in to your Gmail account.
2. Click the GEAR icon located in the upper right corner and select SETTINGS.
3. Navigate to FILTERS AND BLOCKED ADDRESSES and click on CREATE A NEW FILTER.
4. In the FROM section, enter the email address of the sender you want to keep out of your Spam Folder.
5. Click CREATE FILTER.
6. Check the boxes for NEVER SEND IT TO SPAM and ALSO APPLY FILTER TO MATCHING MESSAGES.
7. Click CREATE FILTER again.
And that’s it.
