Report messages as Spam or Not Spam

This guide is intended for users who have subscribed to the SPAM Expert (Advanced Incoming SPAM Protection) service and want to report emails as spam or not spam.

If you notice that spam is not being filtered out or if valid messages are being flagged as spam, you can upload the emails to the Spam Experts training system. This enables the system to collect important insights regarding the emails, which assists in minimizing future spam from reaching your inbox and prevents legitimate emails from being mistakenly quarantined. Emails that go around our filters are automatically left out of the training system, for instance, if a sender or recipient is on the Allow list.
