How To Release False Positive Quarantine Email In SPAM Expert

This guideline is intended for users who subscribe to the SPAM Expert (Advanced Incoming SPAM Protection) service and want to release incorrectly identified incoming emails from the spam expert quarantine system.


1.    Access the SPAM Expert dashboard through the client area. If the user is unfamiliar with this process, they can refer to the guideline below by clicking here.  

2.    After entering, click on the "Spam Quarantine" button located under the "Incoming" section.

3.    Users will be directed to a page listing all recent quarantined incoming emails.

4.    Locate the false positive quarantined email and click on the dropdown menu next to the email on the left-hand side of the email transaction.

5.    Choose the "Release" option, and the system will promptly deliver it to the intended recipient.
