Why my support case is closed

A status is a situation at a particular time in a lifecycle.

Once you submit a case, the case will be in "OPEN" status. Once our team has resolved the issue, the case status will be updated to "RESOLVED". Next, the status will be updated to "CLOSED" (final status). Once your case is in "CLOSED" status, it will not be reactivated again. 

When will a case be in "CLOSED" status?

1) The technical issues have been resolved.

2) There is NO UPDATE / RESPONSE from the client after 24 hours.

3) All requests have been completed.

For further enquiries regarding a "CLOSED" case, kindly feel free to submit a new case with "CLOSED" as the case ID.
