1. Login into Plesk.
2. Look at the left hand side navigation bar and click Users.
3. After reaching the Users page, you may click Create User Account to add a new user.
4. You may fill in your user details into this page and click OK to complete the process.
5. If you have successfully created an account, it will prompt you a successful message.
