How to Reset Password for Plesk Panel


Option 1: Reset password from client area



Step 1: Access the Exabytes Billing System by logging in at: 


https://billing.exabytes.my/mypanel/clientarea.php (MY Client) 


https://billing.exabytes.com/mypanel/clientarea.php (US Client)


https://billing.exabytes.sg/mypanel/clientarea.php (SG Client) 


 


Step 2: Select Services > My Services and click the green word ACTIVE on the right side of the WP package.


 

 

Step 3: In the left panel, locate the Change Password option, where you can modify the password for the Plesk Panel.






Step 4: Generate a new password or enter your own. Fill in the Confirm New Password field. 

Click Save Changes to finalize the update.




Step 5: You can now log into the Plesk control panel using the URL domainname:8443, with the username and password you just reset. 

NOTE:  (replace domainname with your own domain name) 




Option 2: Reset password from Plesk login page



Step 1: Navigate to the Plesk login page at domainname:8443 


NOTE:  (replace domainname with your own domain name) 


Step 2: Click on "Lost your password?" at the bottom. 




Step 3: Enter your Username and the email registered in the system. Click Send.




Step 4: After receiving the password reset email, click the link in the email to follow the steps for resetting your password. 


Step 5: Enter your new password and click on "Reset password."
