With Google Calendar, you'll be able to sync your schedules with your TimeSync event's scheduled meetings.
How does it work?
TimeSync sits on top of your connected Google Calendar and checks for events. It will interpret such events as conflicts, blocking out the meeting time slot and preventing visitors from scheduling a new meeting.
Thus, when you add events to your Google Calendar, as long as you ensure it is marked busy and unavailable, TimeSync will see it as a conflict and block it out.
How do I link my Google Calendar?
Select the Event that you want to link to your Google Calendar.
Navigate to the 'Integrations' tab.Click on 'Google Calendar' and you will be prompted to integrate Google Calendar.
Click on the 'Connect' button.
Select a Google account to integrate.
Done! The calendar is synced.
Configure Google Account settings:
If you have more than one calendar in your Google Calendar account, you can select:
a) Which calendar to add meetings to, and
b) Which calendar to pull data from to check your availability.
1.To configure this, follow steps 1 - 4 above. However, instead of finding a 'Connect' button, you will find an 'Edit' button.
2. Click 'Edit' and a pop-up box will appear as shown below. Change the settings accordingly.
If you wish to unlink the calendar, you can hit the 'Unlink' button at the top-right.
