How to check mail spool from the SmarterMail

A spool refers to Simultaneous Peripheral Operations Online. It comprises a list of emails arranged by their creation date, available for the server to send or deliver locally.


All messages pass through the spool, and some transit through so swiftly that they do not appear in the spool. Most of the emails present in the spool are visible because they are large, have numerous recipients, or face difficulties reaching their final destination.


Here are the steps to check the spool from SmarterMail:


  1. Log in to the SmarterMail dashboard using the domain administrator account.

  2. Select the Spool option on the right side of the screen.




  1. After selecting the Spool option, a window will appear where you can view the emails currently in the spool.
