[RESOLVED] Announcement - Undeliverable Message Generated By support@exabytes.sg

Dear Clients,

Our clients receive some return messages generated by our helpdesk when they submit or reply case using support@exabytes.sg and custcare@exabytes.sg

Helpdesk vendor has been informed about it.

Sample of return email's message:

Remote Server returned: '601 Failed to connect to the recipient's mail server. 
No MX records were found for the 'exabytes.freshdesk.com' domain. 
Status: 544 5.4.4 Host not found (not in DNS).
Attempted to send the message to the following IPs:'
The following organization rejected your message: mxa.freshdesk.com.
