How to Create Email

1.    Please log in to https://IPAddress:8443 or https://hostname:8443 using your Plesk Admin credentials.


Refer to the details from the Product Welcome Email we provided.


2.    Select "Mail" from the navigation menu on the left side of your screen.



3.    You will be taken to another page; click on the "Create Email Address" button.




4.    You need to complete all the required fields in the general tab and adjust your email settings.


The external setting will assist in resetting passwords should you lose access to your primary account.




 


5.    What does "Forwarding" mean?


Forwarding is a feature that allows all received emails sent to a specific email account to be redirected.



6.    What are "Email aliases"?


Email aliases are alternative addresses linked to a primary email account. 


All messages sent to the aliases will be received by the primary email account.



7.    What is "Auto-reply"?


Auto-reply is a feature that allows you to automatically respond to an email upon receipt. It 


can be useful when you are busy or away, enabling you to notify the sender that you 


are unable to reply for some reason.



8.    What is "Spam filter"?


Spam filtering helps you identify spam emails directed towards you. You may also configure


the spam filter to automatically delete all spam emails received.



9.    Don't forget to click the  “OK” button to create the email. Your email account should be 


successfully created.
