How to configure an email account on an Android Smartphone
1. Locate the email icon or mail application on your smartphone.
2. Next, input your email address and password, then select "Manual Setup".
3. The Mail Options will allow you to configure with POP3, IMAP, or Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
IMAP is highly recommended, as it enables users to sync and access their emails across multiple devices.
4. For incoming server settings, you can refer to the screenshot below as an example.
Username: user@domain.com where this should be your email address.
Password : your email password

(replace with your OWN domain name for yourdomain)

Incoming IMAP : 993
(serverhostname refers to the name of the server hosting your website.
The server hostname can be found in your web hosting control panel's server
information section )
Then select Next.
5. For outgoing server settings, please refer to the screenshot below as an example.
Username: user@domain.com where it should be your email address.
Password : your email password

Then select Next.
6. For account options, you may choose your preferred settings or leave them as default.
7. The final step is to enter your name, which will be displayed in the emails you send, then select "Done" to complete the setup.
