Reset email account password in SmarterMail

1.    Access the web interface as an administrator via the URL: mail.yourdomainname.com and log in with the administrator username and password.


2.    Select the Settings icon > Domain Settings > Users.



3.    Choose an email account and click on Edit email account.



4.    Enter the new password and click Save.



5.    You can now attempt to log into the new email account using the URL: mail.yourdomainname.com.


Note:

Only the email administrator has the authority to create email accounts. If you would like to gain administrator privileges for your email account, please submit a ticket using your primary email address so

that we can enable domain administrator access for your email account.
