Add your domain to Postmaster Tools - Google Gmail

Postmaster Tools is a complimentary online resource offered by Google, granting marketers immediate access to insights on reputation, deliverability, security, and performance diagnostics directly from Gmail regarding their email domains and IPs.


1. Log in to Postmaster Tools - Google Gmail

2. In the bottom right corner, click Add (plus sign)

3. Input your authentication domain. 

Note: You can add either the DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) domain or the SPF (Sender Policy Framework) domain.

4. Click on Next.

5. You may include the TXT record in the DNS zone management.



6. To confirm ownership of this domain, click Verify.

Note: Following verification, there may be a delay before your domain’s verification status changes to “Verified.”

7. Now it displays complete verification.


8.  You will see the postmaster dashboard as shown below, and you must wait for a minimum of 7 days for the postmaster to generate your domain records.
