FOR ACTIVE COLOCATION ACCOUNT HOLDERS
For requests to visit the data center, current Active account Colocation customers should create the visitation through the Client Area portal.

Only the Primary Account Email address can initiate the Data Center Visitation request; however, customers can add an Authorized Personnel Email address as a secondary account for the purpose of creating the visitation.
Instructions on adding users can be found here: "How to Add/Remove Users". The only required permission is "View Products & Services - view access to product, services and addons."
Other permissions may be disregarded or left to the account owner's discretion regarding what to apply to the user.
FOR NON-ACTIVE / NEW CUSTOMERS
If you are a new or non-active customer, please download the form below and submit the completed form to us for further processing of your request with our data center management.
All visitation requests should be directed as follows;
a) Submit the request to server-support@exabytes.com.my
b) Any requests for device or equipment removal must be made at least one (1) business day in advance, subject to management approval.
There are three separate forms that need to be completed:
1) Data Center Visit Request Form:
- Multiple dates on one form are not allowed. Please specify the actual one (1) date and time for the visit.
- The form must be filled out for all types of visitation purposes and details must be completed either by the Primary Account or Authorized Personnel.
2) Check-In Device & Equipment Form:
- New and current colocation subscribers must download and completely fill in all the details for the devices that will be checked in.
- Details must include the Serial Number.
3) Removal Device & Equipment Form:
- Any device or equipment that will be removed from the Data Center must be documented in this form and cleared accordingly.
- All Removal Requests must be made one (1) working day in advance. Any emergency removal will require management approval.
The data center visit request appointment must be requested at least 1 business day in advance of the intended visit and is limited to 5 persons per visit.
