Announcement - False positives email alert from Proofpoint

Please be informed that for shared hosting servers, we are using our configured outgoing Smarthost SMTP IP that belongs to the Exabytes IP range.
We receive false positive alerts on our outgoing Smarthost IP even they are clean when we perform IP lookups.
Sample return message
The address to which the message has not yet been delivered is:
host recipient-hostname.com [xxx.xxx.xx.xx]
Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
421 Deferred - see https://ipcheck.proofpoint.com/?ip=126.96.36.199
We take necessary measures to prevent our IPs from being identified as a spam source and communicate with them.
Receipient's may help to report false positive message by referring the following guidance from Proofpoint.
