A: No need, the above adjustment will only impact client that send out mail using website/system.
Q: Is Webmail that I access via webmail.domain.com (Roudcube) or mail.domain.com (Smartermail) impact by it?
A: No, Webmail should continue to function as usual without any changes required on your end.
Q, What if my website host with third party and email is with Exabytes?
A: Your website should continue to function as usual without any changes required on your end for both.
Q, What if my website host with Exabytes and email is with third party?
A: Please contact your web developer to double check on the code/plugins/configuration that link with email authentication.
