Distributed denial of service (DDOS) attack on the server ssv03-sh-raticate is resolved now.

The incoming and outgoing from the International traffic to this server IP has been released, server is now up and all services are working fine.

Service Disruption Update:
The server IP is null routed by upstream provider since the server is found under Denial-of-service attack (DDoS) attack.
We're currently investigating this issue where server IP 43.229.84.249 being null routed for eight hours.

We are now working with upstream provider to bring up the server again, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
