Announcement: cPanel - unable to access Roundcube after updates

Dear clients,


Please note: This update applies only to clients hosted in a cPanel environment.


Following recent updates to cPanel versions 120 and 126, some users have experienced issues accessing the Roundcube webmail interface.


Access to email through clients such as Outlook, Apple Mail, and other mail applications continues to function normally.


For Shared Hosting Clients

cPanel has released an auto-recovery script to resolve this issue.

Our team will proactively run this script on all affected shared servers to restore Roundcube functionality.


If you continue to face access issues after the patch, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team at support@exabytes.sg.


For VPS/Dedicated Server Clients

The same auto-recovery script is also available and is scheduled to run automatically via cron.


However, for immediate resolution, server administrators may manually run the following command:

/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/autorepair recoverymgmt

——
