All acronis subscription (Shared hosting, dedicated server, M365, Google Workspace, vps)
Disruption details:
There is an ongoing issue affecting backup/restore operation and slowness access to the backup portal for Acronis product under SG region.
Acronis vendor is currently working to resolve the issue and we will further update as soon as there are any new developments
Disruption effect:
Backup and restore process is currently not available.
