Announcement - Sectigo Planned Maintenance

Dear clients,

One of our AutoSSL provider: Sectigo will be undergoing planned maintenance. 

Phase 1:

12 Feb 2023, 8.00 AM - 10.00 AM SGT

(approximately two hours)

Phase 2:

19 Feb 2023, 8.00 AM - 10.00 AM SGT

(approximately two hours)

Phase 3:

26 Feb 2023, 8.00 AM -6.00 PM SGT

(approximately twelve hours)

During this window, websites that run AutoSSL will return errors such as the following:

AutoSSL returns The cPanel Store returned an error (X::InvalidArgument) in response to the request “POST ssl/certificate/free”: Generic exception

Maintenance detail:

The outage is a planned maintenance window and will be resolved automatically. 

Shared hosting clients:

We will remain using Sectigo as our default AutoSSL provider and may follow the following link for latest status:
