The network issue  has been resolved. All services for affected servers are started responding and will now resume their operation without any noticeable service impact in the International network.

vileplume.sgcloudhosting.com  [ 103.7.8.215 ] 

venonat.sgcloudhosting.com  [ 103.7.8.201 ]

Network Disruption Details:

Our monitoring team found that above mentioned servers  related services  are not responding.  There are some Intermittent network issue.
All users those are not using Singapore ISP might unable to reach the server. We will perform a details check on the server and post another update once it becomes available.

Network Disruption Effects:
During disruption period, all services will be affected and will not be available.
