Google Analytics: Integrate calls with web data

Gain further web insights by integrating Google Analytics with Novocall


Step 1 – Create a New Goal


Log into your Google Analytics account > "Settings" > "Goals" > Click “+New Goals





Step 2 – Customise Goal Set-Up


Under Goal Set-Up > Click “Custom





Step 3 – Customise Goal Description


Insert the Goal Description name “Get callback” > Select “Event” as the Goal type.





Step 4 – Customise Goal Details


Insert the Goal Description name “Get callback” > Select “Event” as the Goal type.




Step 5 – Acquire code for Google Analytics


Click on the top left-hand corner of Google Analytics > Copy the code in red box



Step 6 – Input code into your Novocall account

In your Novocall account > "Integrations Settings" > "Google Analytics" > Paste code copied earlier.





Congratulations! You have officially integrated Google Analytics with your Novocall account.
