The domain administrative contact must, within 21 calendar days from the date of domain registration or date of administrative contact details change, complete the verification process via the VerifiedID@SG Portal.
This can be done by the domain administrative contact via two ways:
a. Click on the link in an email that will be sent by SGNIC to the domain administrative contact’s email (refer to Example A shown as below) OR
b. Go to VerifiedID@SG portal directly at URL: https://verifiedid.sgnic.sg/ (refer to Example B shown as below). You may login with your Individual or Business User SingPass, or SGNICID, whichever applies.

After successfully login, you may go to "Domains Pending Verification" and perform the domain verification accordingly.
