Step 1: Logging In to WHM for the First Time
WHM uses 2087 port, you can access to WHM via browser by visiting the following URL below. You will receive a service welcome email that consist server root login credential which use to access WHM or SSH to the VPS/IDS.

Step 2: Create Cpanel Account
- On the left side menu press "Account Functions"
- Select "Create a New Account"
- Enter all needed data and click "Create"

Step 3: How to login to cPanel for the first time
cPanel uses 2083 port, so to connect to cPanel on your internet browser enter following URL below.
Login details are the same as your entered while creating cPanel account.
https://<cPanel server's address>:2083
Step 4: Create your first website
Option A : Upload Content through FTP and File Manager.
Click the "File Manager" icon from the main page. If prompted, select "web root" as your desired location, because this is where you need to place files to make them available online.
Option B : Install an Wordpress through pre-build application installer like Wordpress-Toolkit
Users can install WordPress through the WordPress Toolkit interface (cPanel >> Tools >> Domains >> WordPress Toolkit).

Step 5: Create a database
- In main of cPanel control panel select "MySQL® Databases"
- To create a new database enter the desired database name under "Create New Database" and select "Create Database"
- To create a new database user enter the new database user login name, password under "Add New User" and select "Create user"
- To assign the database user specific data base under "Add User To Database" select which user for which database you want to add and click "Add".

Step 6: Create a mail account
To create an email account:
- Press on "Email Accounts" in cPanel
- Enter email name, password, specify the quotas and press "Create Account".

Step 7: Backup
With this function, you can back up your website. The backup data will utilize server's disk space. It is recommend to subscribe our R1soft Off server backup for your VPS and Server. To access the backup function, do the following:
- go to cPanel > Files > Backup Wizard / Backup

Step 8: Pointing your domain to your server

Step 9: Activating free SSL for your domain
Securing your website with free basic SSL ( AutoSSL ) from cPanel > Files > SSL/TLS Status. Do ensure your domain resolves or points to server IP as a pre-requisition before installing free SSL for your Domain Name.
