When you facing domain inaccessible, what you can check?

1. Check from cPanel.
- Login to cPanel.
- Access to 'Error' under Metrics category.
- Refer to the error log, research the error log to resolve the error.

2. Check from SSH.
- SSH to server.
- Access to the domain's path, example: /home/user/logs/xxx_com.php.error.log
- Carefully check the error, research the error to resolve the error.
- If could not find the related error, try to check from apache error log, /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log.
